If you get a 504 gateway timed out message then try again. This is a sort of temporary issue. If you try it again it may go through but in some cases it's known to go through after months of repeated attempts. But the video is still there.
If you get a 404 "that blip has sailed" message then that video might not have been saved. Try another capture if one is available.
